The JOF One is the compact Techfrost blast chiller, sized for a countertop or work table. It plugs into a standard 208-230V single-phase outlet, so there is no hardwiring. A good fit for frozen dessert and pastry shops, small kitchens and caterers who need to chill or freeze small batches fast for food safety.
It is covered by the same warranty as a new machine.

Every Showroom Techfrost JOF One Blast Freezer sold through Gelato Supply comes with a limited warranty: 5 years on the compressor, 1 year on parts and 90 days of service. Our own factory-trained technicians handle service, with parts stocked in McLeansville, NC.
Installation: We'll walk you through installation over FaceTime, or fly out to help on site for an additional fee.

Return the warranty validation card within 10 days of installation. Each piece of equipment needs its own card, with photos of the installed unit and its data tag. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Our warranty and service support cover only units sold by Gelato Supply or Advanced Gourmet.
