The Stargel 4 is a compact countertop batch freezer for gelato, ice cream, and sorbet. Stainless steel beater and dasher with variable speeds, electronic consistency control, and preset programs make it simple to run full 5 L pans with consistent results. Single-phase and air cooled, so no water connection is needed - a good fit for shops, restaurants, and pastry kitchens with limited space.

Our own factory-trained technicians handle service, with parts stocked in McLeansville, NC.
