The Cubo 2i is a compact countertop continuous-churning batch freezer for gelato, ice cream, sorbet, custard, frozen coffee cream, and granita. Once the product reaches serving texture it switches to storage mode and holds it ready to serve. Add fresh mix during service and it re-batches in up to 60% less time than the first freeze. 11 customizable recipe programs, 15 churning speeds, and a night mode that holds product at temperature overnight. A good fit for ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and pastry shops.

As the U.S. importer for Iceteam 1927, we back every Showroom Cattabriga Cubo 2i Countertop Batch Freezer sold through Gelato Supply with a 5-year compressor warranty, a 1-year parts warranty and 90 days of service. Our own factory-trained technicians handle service, with parts stocked in McLeansville, NC.
Installation: We'll walk you through installation over FaceTime, or fly out to help on site for an additional fee.

Compressor coverage ends no later than 5 years and 3 months after shipment, and parts coverage no later than 1 year and 3 months. Excludes refrigerant, accidents, misuse and alteration. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
