Refurbished Coldelite Compacta Vario 8 US Elite combination machine, made in Italy by Iceteam 1927. One machine pasteurizes and batch-freezes: mix is heated in the top cylinder, then drops into the bottom cylinder to freeze. US version, UL and NSF listed.
The Elite adds the variable-speed stainless steel Elite beater. Dialog controls with pasteurizer presets and freezing programs for gelato, ice cream and sorbet. A good fit for any shop that wants to make its own base from scratch without a separate pasteurizer.
Inspected and serviced by our technicians in McLeansville, NC, and covered by the same warranty as a new machine: 5-year compressor, 1-year parts and 90 days of service.
