C.F. 100 is a bivalent product: ensures excellent results both by hot and cold processing.
- Gives gelato best softness, full body (but less than with Stellamix Gusto Latte).
- Neutral milk flavour which becomes even more neutral a few hours after production.
- Hydrogenated vegetable fats are its first ingredients.
- Also suitable for soft-ice machine.
SUGGESTION:
- When cold processed, it is advisable to let the mix mature for 30 minutes at least
