The E10 takes 10 full-size sheet pans and pulls the cabinet down to -40°F in about 18 minutes. It runs four standard cycles: two blast chill cycles to 37°F and two shock freeze cycles to -40°F. Indirect airflow keeps temperatures even across the pans and helps keep product from drying out. A good fit for frozen dessert and pastry shops, bakeries and any kitchen that needs to chill or freeze fast for food safety.
It is covered by the same warranty as a new machine. It is hardwired, so plan on an electrician for the install.

Every Showroom Techfrost E10 Blast Freezer sold through Gelato Supply comes with a limited warranty: 5 years on the compressor, 1 year on parts and 90 days of service. Our own factory-trained technicians handle service, with parts stocked in McLeansville, NC.
Installation: We'll walk you through installation over FaceTime, or fly out to help on site for an additional fee.

Return the warranty validation card within 10 days of installation. Each piece of equipment needs its own card, with photos of the installed unit and its data tag. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Our warranty and service support cover only units sold by Gelato Supply or Advanced Gourmet.
